Bruken settes av budsjettet\, og det er vanskelig å bruke overskudd på en måte som bryter vedtektene uten at det samtidig bryter prinsippene for frivillige organisasjoner. Årsmøtet har uansett kontroll på bruk av midlene gjennom budsjettet.\n\n\n- Juridisk person er oveflødig – kan ikke vedtaksfeste ansvarsfraskrivelse. I stor grad dekket gjennom organisasjonsformen\, men styret vil uansett være juridisk ansvarlig i siste instans.\n\n\n6.3\n\n§ X Medlemsrettigheter Medlemmer uten utestående kontingent har demokratiske rettigheter i foreningen. Styret kan vedta fritak fra dette kravet i tilfeller hvor medlemmet handler i god tro.\n\nDemokratiske rettigheter på årsmøtet er forbeholdt personer som har meldt seg inn minst 14 dager før årsmøtets dato og som ellers oppfyller krav til medlemskap.\n\nTilgang til enkelte ressurser som er forbeholdt medlemmer\, slik som fysiske rom og tekniske tjenester\, kan begrenses av Styret så lenge disse begrensningene ikke reduserer tilgang på demokratiske rettigheter. Styret skal fastsette regler og rutiner for å håndtere slik tilgang. Slike regler og rutiner skal være skriftlig dokumentert\, og fritt tilgjengelig for medlemmene.\n\nTanker\n\n- Erstatte §6\, kanskje bake inn original tekst litt mer direkte\n\n\n- De to første avsnittene er beskyttelse mot kupping på årsmøtet. Per i dag er det ingenting som stopper en aktør fra å stille med 50 personer\, melde seg inn dagen før årsmøtet uten å betale kontingent og så ta over foreningen. Punktet om “god tro” er tiltenkt tilfeller hvor medlemmer har glemt å betale kontingent\, eller hvor man har ferske medlemmer som vil bidra og ta del i foreningen.\n\n\n- Begrensning av tilgang til ressurser er ny – tanken er demokratisk styring på hvordan tilgang begrenses uten at det må årsmøte til for å iterere over endringene. Kan kanskje få inn mer tekst som sikrer at medlemmene får påvirke rammene for tilgangsbegrensning\, men det er vanskelig å dra opp de linjene i tekst uten at det blir veldig spesifikt og omfattende. Jeg tenker vi kan ha tillit til at Styret fører de prosessene demokratisk og åpent\, f.eks. kjører medlemsmøter før man gjør endring i slike regler og rutiner.\n\n\n6.4\n\nOmskriving av siste avsnitt i §10\n\n### §10-2: Valg Valg gjennomføres ved skriftlig votering\, og skal gjennomføres plass for plass. Valg krever absolutt flertall.\n\nOm en plass ikke har flere kandidater\, kan plassen velges ved akklamasjon\, såfremt ingen stemmebrettigede krever skriftlig votering.\n\nValg av plasser for styremedlemmer og varamedlemmer kan gjennomføres i blokk hvis det ikke finnes andre kandidater.\n\nVed valg hvor det finnes flere enn to kandidater for plassen skal det gjennomføres skriftlig votering i runder. DESCRIPTION:Future Nostalgia\n\nMed definitive nikk til shoegaze\, drømmepop og post-punk finner Future Nostalgia inspirasjon i fundamentale sjanger-pionerer som Slowdive og Ride\, og samtidige banebrytere som Diiv\, Grouper og Ringo Deathstarr.\n\nBandet består av medlemmer som lenge har vært aktive på den norske musikkscenen\, deriblant i prosjekter som Mining in Yukon\, Pumpegris\, LOOSER\, Hill Bomb og Temporary\, og har med tiden funnet sitt uttrykk i det drømmende og svevende.\n\nFuture Nostalgia slapp sitt debutalbum «Imaginary Conversations» 5.april på Kraakeslottet Platekompagni og har høstet gode ord hos blant annet det britiske [sic] Magazine og Disharmoni. Musikken deres har havnet på lister hos NRK P3\, Urørt og Deichman Musikk listet albumet som et av de beste i året 2024.\n\n\n\nBikelane\n\nEtter snart tre år med gigs fulle av sceneenergi og hjerte i gitarstrengene\, har bandet befestet seg som et av Oslos mest spennende liveband. Med albumdebuten "Surrogate Activities" fra oktober i fjor\, er de opptatt med å rive ned scener over hele landet. DESCRIPTION:MIKOO - PRE RELEASE: "It Floats"\n\nMikoo kommer med sitt andre album\, og det skal selvsagt debuteres og feires på Hausmania!\n\nMikoo er bandet ledet av den slovakiske trommeslageren Michaela Antalová som er en aktiv musiker på den norske scenen siden hun flyttet til Oslo i 2015. Mens hun har vært her har hun vist seg som en særdeles allsidig musiker\; like hjemme i folkemusikk og jazz som i samtidsmusikk og indie-musikk. Mikoo ble startet i 2016 og debuterte med plata "Dear" i 2020. Den ble gitt ut på Jazzland Recordings og var inspirert av minimalisme og jazz. I koronapandemien begynte Mikoo å lage ny musikk som senere resulterte i det nye albumet «It Floats» som kommer ut på Sofa Records den 28.September. Den nye plata veksler mellom radiovennlige låter\, samt innslag av mer ambient musikk. Med ett bein i indie og det andre i eksperimentell musikk lager Mikoo grensesprengende musikk som også er tilgjengelig.\n\n- Ina Sagstuen - vokal\, elektronikk\n\n\n- Vojtech Prochaázka - keys\, elektronikk\n\n\n- Magnus Skavhaug Nergaard - el.bass\, elektronikk\n\n\n- Michaela Antalová - trommer\, synth\, vokal\n\n\nSUPP: Astrid Garmo\n\nAstrid Garmo solo på hardingfele. Astrid Garmo kommer fra Garmo i Gudbrandsdalen\; en bygd med sterk folkemusikk- og feletradisjon.
